Each sachet delivers 23g of fast-absorbing carbohydrates to help fuel exercise. The zero-sugar isotonic formula is designed for easy digestion and can be taken without water. Suitable for runners, cyclists and other endurance athletes.

Consume 1-3 gels per 60 minutes during exercise. The gels do not need to be taken with water, but ensure you stay hydrated.
