A high-carbohydrate gel designed for endurance activity. Each sachet provides 40 g of carbohydrates from a tri-source blend with a 1:0.8 carbohydrate ratio, plus 250 mg of sodium and Senactiv?.

Available in Orange Burst, Lemon & Lime, and Apple Burst. Informed-Sport batch tested.

Take 1-3 sachets per hour during activity. Do not exceed 3 gels per hour or 6 gels per day. The gels can be consumed without water, but maintain hydration during activity.

Deionised water, maltodextrin, fructose, highly branched cyclic dextrin, citric acid, natural flavourings, sodium citrates, gellan gum, xanthan gum, sodium chloride, potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate and Senactiv? (Panax notoginseng root and Rosa canina fruit).

No common allergens are listed. Produced in a facility that also handles milk, egg, soy, celery, fish and cereals containing gluten.

Every batch is tested for banned substances under the Informed-Sport programme at an ISO 17025-accredited laboratory.
