Each sachet provides 23g of carbohydrates, 75mg of caffeine, electrolytes and B vitamins. The zero-sugar isotonic formula is designed for runners, cyclists and other endurance athletes.

For long exercise, consume one gel at a suitable stage when a quick mental and physical boost is needed. For short, intense exercise, consume one gel 15 minutes beforehand. The gel does not need to be taken with water, but ensure you stay hydrated.

Water, maltodextrin (33%), magnesium lactate, xanthan gum, acidity regulators (citric acid, tri sodium citrate), natural flavouring, caffeine anhydrous BP, preservatives (potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate), sweetener (sucralose), sodium chloride, vitamin B3 (nicotinamide), vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin B1 (thiamin), vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin).

High caffeine content: 75mg per 60g gel (125mg per 100g). Not recommended for children or pregnant women. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Keep out of reach of young children.
